The armor cap isn’t 600 everyone. I have a armor rating of 1013. No glitches…. Just a lot of smithing.

this is in the vanilla game. its just that devs never realised exactly how overpowered weaponry could become by combining the effects of these 3 skill trees together.

archery just being at lvl 100 already increases the damage by a few points. any added perks from the archery tree adds to this. you probably have a diff archery level and perks then him

because although you may not notice the difference. every few levels the effectiveness of a skill increases just by leveling it up. also leveling it up to lvl 100 allows you to get all the handy perks to boost your effectiveness with them to the max.

Without dragonborn, a common misconception is the daedric bow (base damage: 19)or the dragonbone bow (base damage: 20) is the best, but in fact it is the enhanced dwarven crossbow with a base damage of 22. It also ignores 50% of armour.

Alchemy 100 to make potions that increase smithing and enchanting, enchanting 100 so your enchantments on your Alchemist, Smithy, and Enchanter gear are as powerful as possible.
